Day Seven

November 6

Well, falling a bit behind schedule, but when we fall we dust our self off
and get up and go.
I had to buy a new grinder today.
Once that was achieved, all was off and running, making good progress.
A sudden gust of wind, my tent was ripped away.
One drop then two, and without warning the sky opened forth....
It was such a fast and furious pour, a mad dash for the ground to unplug
all tools before my electrocution..... and within 30 second the world was
a flood.
Well once drenched persons frantically pitched all tools to dry shelter,
Lunch was called early...

Within an hour the mountains of talc soaked up most of the standing water
and we were back to work.

Elias Naman, from Italy now, but originally from Syria, seems to routinely
check to see how I am working.
Today he took the time to teach some of the finer points of shimming.
All the lessons he offers daily, are greatly appreciated.
Here is Elias working on his own project.

With my shirt being soaked from the rain, and the hot humid air, I found it
more comfortable to sculpt a la no shirt....

At last a days hard work comes to an end.
All went well today, aside from the monsoon lunch hour.

Tomorrow is another day, and soon Armi will start revealing form...
