Back in Canada


I am now the converted....

When I landed in Rome 6 weeks ago, I don’t know how it was possible, but I managed not to see anything interesting, and everyone seemed cold....
must have been new country jitters,
because the past 2 days in Rome was an incredible whirl wind....
I haven’t slept in 72 hours.... and enjoyed every moment...
Some one once said after you experience Rome, your life can never be the same....
And now I know
In 2 days I walked over 20 miles
seriously....If one ever goes to Rome, get a good pair of shoes....
just keep walking and Rome will come to you.....
The 3000 years of time comes to you.....
In all my world travels, and all I have seen
I think Rome has won my heart as the most interesting city in my world.
What I encountered there can never be put in words....and some will always remain
untold.
I think a return to Italy is in my near future....
In fact plan for my return, are already in motion......
It feels good to be back to Canada.
But Part of me is still an ocean away.....
All the pictures will eventually be posted here......
I think there are over 4000 photos....

to family, and everyone who helped to make this trip
happen.
